Animal Friends - Interactive and hands-on activities will assist preschoolers with this introduction to animals. After this workshop children will understand that: animals make different sounds and noises; animals have different types of coverings for their bodies such as fur, scales and feathers; animals look different from the time that they are babies to when they are adults.

Bugs-Kids are introduced to the world of entomology. By examining real specimens and models they familiarize themselves with insect anatomy. An insect habitat match-up helps kids understand how they adapt to their environment. They also learn how insects defend themselves and pollinate plants.
