Owens Martial Arts Academy’s Kickboxing offers a unique blend of cardio and strength training that promotes overall body toning (i.e., legs, arms, glutes, back, and core) and is a great way to increase overall strength. Continual movement throughout the entire workout allows you to burn more calories and gain strength.  Our body sculpting training improves coordination, relieves stress, and increases cardiovascular health.  OMAA kickboxing workouts have also been proven to elevate your stamina and overall fitness level. 
 
No prior martial arts or boxing experience needed to participate in this fast paced, high energy cardio workout!  Participants of all fitness levels are welcome!  Bring your friends or meet new ones at this drop-in program!
