Youth Self Defense Class

OMAA Self Defense Seminars are led by Kaicho Vernon Owens. This 5-day course consists of 1 hour instruction per day. Day five will be practical exercise for each participant. (Light physical contact is involved.)

What is Self Defense? Defense of one's person or interests, especially through the use of physical force; permitted in certain cases as an answer to an unprovoked attack or possible change of violent crime.

Why is Self Defense needed? Self defense training not only helps you protect yourself but your loved ones too. Training helps you become physically & emotionally prepared for decisive action when needed. Having the ability to defend yourself increases your self-esteem and boosts confidence. It has a positive influence on your life.
