The Rec Club - After School Program - After School Session 4 After school at the Youth Center is a program for youth grades 5-8 operating Monday - Friday from 3-6 pm at the Community Center. Parents will be responsible for transportation to and from the program. Many recreational activities will be available for the children including sports, arts & crafts and video games. Children will also have access to a dedicated homework room with limited homework assistance provided by staff. There is no program during school holidays or vacations. The drop-in program will have a membership fee and parents will need to complete a Pick-up and Medical information form before their child may attend. Children will sign into the program and will be supervised by Leisure Services' Staff.

Quilting - Quilting - Fiber Arts Room For this 8-week class, bring a Jelly Roll (40 -2.5' coordinated width of fabric pre-cut strips). There will be several patterns available, but we will focus on on with a "woven" design. Each pattern will require 40 strips, so be aware of the number of strips in purchased packages. You can also cut your own 2.5' strips from fabrics in your stash for a scrappy look. As a bonus, instruction will be available for the "curves" offered in the previous session. Participants are encouraged to use this time to complete unfinished projects. *Sewing machines are not provided.*
